Where in the community to contact New Massage Clients?

As a Massage Therapist who believes in the Harmonious Complementary/Alternative/Natural way of looking inwardly at ourselves to receive healing, I’m seeking out any ideas of where & how to best contact the community of people living in an area who already utilize massage on a regular bases……….and how to get the education, to those who are unaware within public, of the vast amount of knowledge about the therapeutic benefits found in the different modalities of massage that they need the most : without over loading them with all the other knowledge they do not need ??

There are many things you can be doing:
- have a website that has tons of info on massage and what you are doing
That way people who are looking for ‘massage, your city’ will find you. They are already looking for someone who does massage.

-Do mailings to your local neighborhood. Postcards, letters, newsletters. Target a specific population for better results.

- Join your chamber of commerce

- Have open houses.

-Get on the news or do press releases to attract attention.

- Volunteer in your community at various centers or events.

The list is endless. Your job really is to keep doing something everyday until you have the clients that you want.
