Where could i advertise?

Where could i advertise for wanting clients for Alternative Therapies like massage, reflexology,Aromatherapy etc? I have tried pubs, online forums and classifieds, corner stores, and so forth. Could you recommend anything or anywhere? Sometimes i am so shy to tell people but if i wasnt then i might get more clients, what can i do?

overcome the shyness,,word of mouth is the most effective form of advertising
join local groups….yoga…YMCA….teach a night class in one of the areas of Alternative therapies…
