safe to use Vicks salve while pregnant?
i have a sinus cold and have tried:
hot washer on cheekbones
face and scalp massage
pressure point for sinus release
panadol
steaming
so far.. still in pain and runny nose. is it safe to rub on some Vicks?
Vicks is safe, I just got over a bad bad bad cold and they said i could take Sudafed as directed and use vicks. Just be sure to drink A LOT of water if you take sudafed, it can make you get dehydrated. Good luck and hope you get to feeling better!
