I’m looking for a DVD that helps people with Muscle Tension Dysphonia or Spasmodic Dysphonia. Doing exercises such as laryngeal massage, relaxed breathing techniques, breathing while talking…etc.
Anything that has these type of exercises in it for the patient to practice with each day.
There are none for the simple reason that non-professionals should not be doing their own therapy.
Get a referral to a speech pathologist from your ENT. That is the person who should direct the intervention based on numerous factors which require skilled assistance.
