Comments (0) Massage Therapy biz located next to Adult Video Store?
Ok, so there was this Professional Massage business located in a busy location but their next door neighbor happened to be an Adult Video Store. Now, I’ve been a Massage Therapist for a while now and I do understand the nature of the business. I also know that I am great at what I do and I can help people with chronic medical problems and pain.
Now here’s the scenario, that massage biz is up for lease for some reason…. The question is WHY? Not enough biz? The wrong biz entering the door?
What are your feelings on this Subject?
I do understand LOCATION is EVERYTHING for a biz, so I would hate to think that if I took over this location with some other therapists
(co-op) of sorts, that it would fail because of our Naughty Neighbors.
WHAT DO YOU THINK?
I sincerely think Appearance would be everything here. My main question that I would ask myself is, “Is there any reason that I MUST be at this location?” You and your constituents might find that placing yourselves near the best chiropractor’s office may be wiser. Good luck with it! (FYI – I LOVE LOVE LOVE my MT – he’s awesome!)
