Will massaging my scalp stimulate growth?
Hi! It’s summer so I’ve been giving my hair a break from the hair dryer and straightener. I have bangs and I just got them trimmed a month ago but I really want to grow them out. I heard that massaging your scalp and gently tugging on your hair helps stimulate growth. Is that true? What else can stimulate growth? I just started taking Biotin as well. Thanks for any suggestions 
Also I eat a healthy diet
dont tug on your hair because it could possibly pull it out. but yes gently massaging your scalp can stimulate growth because you are stimulating bloodflow, thus the hair will grow.
