Electronic massage seat cover and UK driving law.- Are they legal?
Hi
I was interested in getting on of the massage seats for my car like the one in the link below which comes with a car power supply.

However, my friend seem to think he heard somewhere that in the UK it is illegal to use them if you are driving due to the fact they might distract/ make the driver feel tired.
I have had a bit of a look on google and cant see anything to support his thinking – does anyone have any ideas on this ?
