Do you read a lot of dog info to learn more?

I wondered if other people are like me and like to read books about understanding your dogs mind and behaviour? Do you read dog magazines to learn new things? Do you enjoy learning new things about dogs and how they relate to humans? Have you read anything really remarkable and out standing? I have been reading a lot about dog massage and T-touch therapy. Does anyone here personally do this on their dogs? Do you trust books over internet and web sites?

I have owned and trained dogs for 25 years and still read books and try to learn anything about the dogs mind.

I have been on T-touch courses and do use it to calm my dogs during thunderstorms etc. Clicker training is my passion.

The lastest book I recommend is Control Unleashed by Leslie McDevitt. It is aimed at agility but it describes stress in dogs and how to read the very small give away signs of stress.
I agree with the book when it says ‘lead comes off, toy comes out’

Just when you think you know it all you can find a real eye opener!
Always keep an open mind and you will never stop learning.
