what massage DVD should I buy?

what technique do you like the best ……swedish, accupressure, deep tissue, chair massage, scalp massage, neuromuscular, therapeutic………..i am not a therapist but would like to learn to massage my husand

I would highly recommend getting an in-person lesson from a massage therapist. Most will charge about the cost of a quality DVD or massage session.

(S)he can teach you proper body mechanics, correct your technique as you learn, and even help you develop your own “flow.”

If you’re bent on buying a DVD, I recommend a basic swedish to get started. You can use that as a base to “throw in” other techniques as you learn.
