How do I make it up and cheer up my roommate?
He told me that he wants to file a complaint to housing to get me or him to move to another apartment because we had a physical fight yesterday. It all started when for some reason he did not let me use his computer for 1 minute to submit a physics assignment even though he was in the kitchen for 5 minutes and asked me if I was too poor to afford one. I then walked 30 minutes back and forth to submit the assignment at a library computer. In anger I stung his neck twice from behind when he was using his computer with a rubber band twice and told him that he is a fat ugly clumsy autistic nerd who uses his computer all day because he has no real friends and no girlfriend. He was very upset because it was his soft spot and he physically attacked me but I end up beating him up for 2 minutes until he bite one of my fingers and ran back to his bedroom and started crying. I taunted all night by repeating your a fat ugly crybaby nerd until he stopped crying and went to sleep.
That was a terrible thing you did. If you’re in college, you should be mature enough to have handled that situation like an adult. If your roommate does have a mental disability and you made fun of him for that, I hope you feel like your heart is throbbing in your throat from the guilt. I wouldn’t blame him for wanting to get away from you. You got your assignment done and turned in, so why did you continue to aggravate him? You should consider yourself lucky that he didn’t call the cops on you for physical assault. If you’ve got anger issues, you need to talk to the counselors there on campus to get them resolved. I know you know that violence is not an answer. Bullies are horrible people. Please work to be a more patient person. If your roommate does want to move out, do not try to stop him. The guilt from this is something you’ll have to live with the rest of your life. I hope you learned a lesson from this.
