Leg numb from knee down after therapy should I be worried?
Do I just see how it is tomorrow?
I am recovering from a pulled hamstring. At the beginning I was doing streches on my back with my leg in the air and rope around my foot. It started to become numb. Then she did a deep tissue massage during my therapy session, now my leg stayed numb. The numbness goes in and out every few hours. I’m 21 and in pretty good shape if that matters.
Is this common?
no i don’t think soo you have to worry about a blood clot is it hot or hard? red streaked it could be a muscle spasm pinching the sciatic nerve so do you have a rx for a muscle relaxer if your numbness and tingling goes away you know ? a chiropractor can adjust your ankle your hips knee your back neck so you might feel better i chose chiro over drugs i like bio freeze and water aqua therapy is best walmarts blu goo works for muscle pain etc
