My BMW’s (Brooklyn Machine Works) back tire is rubbing on the frame, How do i fix the tire?

I took a turn to fast and went over the side and my back tire slammed into a rock. it’s bent now and every time I pedal it sort of “reeves” up like a car engine. HOw do I fix this?

Chances are your rim is bent. The bike shop will be able to inform you whether they can tru it, or whether you need to replace the rim.
