I have been having pain in the neck, more of the sides and back of the neck, my shoulder blades, and the top of my shoulders. My fiancee told me to see a chiropractor. I was told by my mother to see a massage therapist for a deep tissue massage. Which one should I see? Is there anything I can do at home, it has been going on for about 6 months, yes I know…
I have gotten a massage about 3 months ago, the therapist said my neck was a mess and to come in again to make sure we worked it all out. I went back for the second time and felt great afterwards just like the first time. However, the pain came back and it is just as bad as before the first massage if not worse? Did she miss spots again?
