I bought a homedics foot massager with heat. I used it for about an hour and it stopped working. HELP!!!?

How do I fix it. Its over a year old. I havent used it before now. My feet were killing me and I found it shoved in the back of my closet. I know its brand new. So I plugged it in and used it for about an hour. And it just stopped working all of a sudden. I’ve tried everything… and it wont work. The infrared heat turns on, and the light comes on that its on. But the things dont spin anymore. Help me!!!

if its new, it should have a warranty right?
