Help with kink in neck?

I was stretching yesterday, and got a kink. ( Don’t know how ) I have tried hot showers, a heated massager, ibuprofen, nothing helps, any suggestions??

just keep massaging it, it might take a couple of days, buy gently massaging it will loosen the tightened muscles, sounds like you have a pinched nerve but as soon as the muscles relax they will release the nerve.
