Tension Headache due to neck pain?

I’ve been having this tension headache because of this tense muscle in my neck and shoulder. The one on the back is stiff, the muscle in the middle is stretched like a guitar string, and the one that is on the front seems a little stiff and a little stretched. I don’t know the name of these muscles, sorry, but this has been bugging me for the past couple days. I have trouble sleeping and muscle relaxants won’t cut it. I’ve tried just about any massage i could google for and nothing has worked yet. Any help?

Try taking a hot epsom salt bath. No longer than 20 minutes soak and make sure to rinse well afterwards.

If baths don’t do it, try using heat packs. Also accupuncture can get those muscles to ease up.
