I kicked an old man in the balls can he sue me?
Today, I was taking the train back with my friends from the eaton centre and this old man was rubbing his penis on my leg so I kicked him in the balls 7 times.
After he threw up and was in pain for 30 min. After we got off the train and walked home.
Can the police find me? Also can he sue?
I have to go see a pheripist(didn’t spell it right) because of the incident
