Back Massage And Pregnancy

Pregnancy massage? Any advice?
I have a 19 month old son and when I was pregnant with him I started what my doctor called back labor at 4 months. To this day I still have lower back problems and often wonder if I dislocated something or if it still hasn’t popped back into place. I’m currently 13 weeks pregnant and it’s getting too intense that I can hardly move anymore. My husband has been kind enough to help me with this and massage me, but it keeps coming back. Is there any other thing I can do? I haven’t seen a doctor yet to ask.
Also, any good massage tips? I’ve been browsing google, and ehow, but want to know from someone who has had experience giving or receiving
Yeah I asked my first pregnancy doctor about it and she said it will go back to normal after a while. Guess not. I have an appointment on the 18th and I’ll ask my new doctor then.
Yeah I would definitley see a doctor or just talk to him or her at your next appointment but make sure hes loosening the knots and to massage exactly where it hurts and loosen it up.. Also ice your back and I would see a chiropractor. I went to mine at 6 months pregnant and she adjusted my back just make sure she has the set up so if you are pregnant your belly fits in there as to not put pressure on the baby that did wonders for my back. Also get a professional massage. I know that you think hubby is doing a great job and he probably is but WOW these people will find spots you didnt know oyu had back pain in lol. Also since you are out of your 3rd trimester, if your back pain is really intense, which it sounds like it is, then the doctor can give you some not so strong yet strong enough to help meds for the pain. best of luck to you and I hope you start feeling better!! Congrats on the pregnancy!
