How to change the way a book smells?
Does anybody know how?
I moved out of my dad’s house a few years ago. His basement flooded about 4 years ago, I think that’s why my book that I asked for back smells like mold. : (
It looks fine. I might rub a little bit of my favorite perfume on the pages.
Actually, i have a pretty good suggestion. Get one of those activated charcoal odor eliminators and place in a sealed container along with the book (probably good idea to open the book). I’ve heard it works really well for getting rid of smoke smell in old books. I know you can get these from company called innofresh. I’ve been buying some of there products for litter box and refrigerator and very happy with results. No fragrances or chemicals so figure probably work well for the book too.
