if haven’t really washed hair well in a month?
is 50 strands of shedding from not massaging scalp for a month till now a good amount of loss i usually would lose 1-5 strands each day sometimes none at all and so today i decided to really massage my scalp because the build up was disgusting from not cleaning well my scalp was really dirty full of conditioner and product so i massaged and combed it and lost 50 strands today is that a bad amount to lose
losing hair is actually healthy. you are supose to lose 60 hairs a day. some people may lose more some people may lose less but its not uncommon. i would use a better hair shampoo and conditioner if i were you. eating good is also very good. incase you haven’t noticed hair is just dead fibers. if you keep your body healthy and eat right your hair will be more healthy. but losing hair isn’t bad. trust me you are not going bald.
