Foot Massage During Pregnancy

39 weeks. Are these signs? I’m confused!?
I am exactly 39 weeks. Last night I walked 2 miles, had sex with my husband, and he gave me a foot massage and rubbed pressure points. This morning I woke up with weird crampy feelings in my uterus. I have like a dull ache in my lower back, but it’s not very strong or anything. But I havent had back pain the whole pregnancy, so its weird. When I got up to pee this morning, I had bloody show. I haven’t had ANYTHING blood like or pink come out of me during the whole pregnancy. Now, everytime I go pee today, there’s bloody show. I’ve gone “potty” (if you know what I mean lol) three times in the past 1.5 hours. Do you think this means I’m dilating? I’m going to the doctor today for a membrane sweep, but it’s not until this afternoon and I’m SO curious what’s going on with my body!! This is my first baby so I’m kind of lost! Help?! THanx in advanced!
You are probably in the beginning stages of labor. When you go to the doctor today take your hospital bag with you.
