Is It True That This Works?
Does massaging your scalp, stimulate hair growth? i have been told it about a thousand times but i didn’tt know if it was true because cause i want my hair to grow faster that it is.
Any ideas? If this isn’t true can anyone suggest anything else please?

I don’t believe that it does, but it’s a nice feeling, so why not?
The best way to keep your hair growing long and strong is to use a decent shampoo/conditoner (my favorite is Pantene –they actually have a new line called Beautiful Lengths. I use the shampoos/conditioners in the Restorative line. Not too expensive and work quite well.) Also pick up a deep conditioner that goes at least on the hair once a week for more than 3 minutes. (again, offered by Pantene)
and to have your hair trimmed regularly to remove split ends. (every 8-12 weeks, just go to a local inexpensive salon for a trim, better salon if you are getting hair in new style/cut)
These suggestions do not stimulate the follicles to grow hair…sorry…but they have worked for me in terms of having healthy hair.
