How do I cure this crick in my neck?
I was at the doctors office(but not because of my neck,my friends mom had to go and after that we went shopping)and I was in this(AWESOME AND COMFY)waiting room.I laid down on the couch with my head propped up on the arm(I was laying sideways,with my feet off the couch…..).I lifted up and BOOM!!There it was the worst neck pain ever!I stopped and screamed!Then after I sat down my neck just got a little better.(It wasn’t like those neck pains you get and you can’t move!No not that)
And today is the second day of my pain and I’ve tried heating pads,massagers,medicine,going to bed with my new(and REALLY SOFT AND FLUFFY)pillow,and swaying my head back and forth.
Please help me I’m begging you!!OMG!!(SCREAMS) I just turned my head!!OWWWWW!!See ya!
Go and see a physio or a chiropractor and get it loosened up.
Sounds like you need some external help to loosen up that swollen and stiff joint.
Shouldn’t take more than 2 sessions.
