What’s the best salon for manicures and pedicures near Harrisburg PA?

My mom used to love salon stuff, but because of physical therapy she’s not supposed to get massages or anything, so I was going to get her an appointment for a manipedi for xmas. I’m not a spa goer myself, so I need some advice if anyone knows a good place.
